Masatoshi Hamada is a famous Japanese comedian, one half of the duo Downtown, with a fun connection to Pokémon. He voiced Slowking in the second Pokémon film and illustrated the playful Hama-chan's Slowking promo card tied to that movie. It is one of the more unusual and memorable celebrity credits in the TCG.
