Mike Cressy holds a special place in Pokémon TCG history as the first United States based Pokémon illustrator, working with the game for years. His cards include distinctive promos featuring real people from the Pokémon world, such as Tsunekazu Ishihara. He brings a Western illustration background to a mostly Japanese lineup of artists.
