Natsuko Shoji is an internationally celebrated pastry chef and owner of the Tokyo restaurant été, famous for fruit tarts that look like jewelry boxes. For the Pokémon TCG she created real edible artwork, crafting one of her signature tarts to feature on an Eevee ex promo card. It is one of the most unique crossover credits in the game.
