Shinji Higuchi is a renowned Japanese film director and visual effects artist, known for co-directing Shin Godzilla. For the Pokémon TCG he created the striking artwork for the Pokémon LEGEND cards in the HeartGold and SoulSilver era. His dramatic, cinematic style makes those cards a distinctive highlight of the era.
