Shoko Nakagawa, affectionately known as Shokotan, is a Japanese TV personality, singer, and artist, and a famously devoted Pokémon fan. A longtime face of Pokémon media, she has also contributed her own illustration to the Pokémon TCG. Her card is a fun crossover from one of the franchise's best known celebrity fans.
