Tetsuo Hara is the legendary manga artist behind Fist of the North Star. For the Pokémon TCG he drew a special art rare Palafin ex, posing the Pokémon mid technique in his unmistakable muscular, dramatic style. It is one of the most talked about guest cards in the modern game.
